LEGO Ideas Just Dropped the Ultimate Wallace & Gromit Nostalgia Trip
Forget the cheese, lad—we need more bricks.
If you spent your childhood captivated by the thumb-printed claymation magic of Aardman Animations, prepare your wallets. After a wildly successful fan campaign, the beloved West Wallaby Street duo is finally making the jump to plastic. The new LEGO Ideas Wallace & Gromit set is officially on the way, and it perfectly captures the eccentric, chaotic charm we all know and love.

Instead of just giving us a standard living room diorama, the LEGO designers went straight for the action. The set brings to life the iconic, gadget-loaded motorbike and sidecar from the 1995 classic A Close Shave.
Clocking in at a highly detailed 1,038 pieces, this is very much a set built with adult fans in mind. Fully assembled, the display stands a respectable 9 inches tall—making it the perfect desk companion or bookshelf centerpiece.
What really makes this set shine are the little things. Both Wallace and Gromit feature fully poseable figures, so you can easily recreate Gromit’s silent, judgmental stares or Wallace’s frantic mid-invention panic. The bike itself actually rolls on moving wheels, but the best details are tucked away out of sight. Pop open the hidden hatch inside the seat, and you’ll find a stash of clever Easter eggs referencing their classic adventures.
And because it wouldn’t be a Wallace & Gromit set without their essentials, it comes packed with the mandatory accessories: a stash of yarn, and of course, a box of crackers.
If you want to secure yours before the holiday rush, the LEGO Ideas Wallace & Gromit set is available to pre-order right now for $99.99. The official release drops in October 2026, giving you just enough time to stock the fridge with Wensleydale before they arrive.
