Netflix Drops Second Teaser for Sakamoto Days Season 2

Netflix and TMS Entertainment have unveiled the second teaser trailer for Sakamoto Days Season 2, confirming its January 2027 premiere. The sequel adapts Yuto Suzuki’s hit manga, which has surpassed 15 million copies in circulation worldwide.

This season introduces a new director, Daisuke Nakajima, who takes over from Masaki Watanabe (now credited as chief director). Nakajima promises to deliver “stylish action and vivid aesthetics” faithful to Suzuki’s vision.
