The New LEGO’s Technic Batmobile

LEGO’s Technic line brings more advanced builds and functions to the bricks. The Technic sets deliver another level beyond that of an average LEGO set. They encourage young builders to consider mechanical elements. For example, the LEGO Technic Batmobile has realistic movement and mechanisms that bring an element of engineering to snapping together the pieces. The front wheels react to steering and the doors open and close. Plus, it has moving pistons and a spinning “flame.”

The 1360-piece Lego Technic set is modeled on the Batmobile seen in the movie, and comes with 2 unique ‘Light Bricks’ that illuminate the innards of the car, shining through the engine block and out of the grille to give the vehicle an eerie appeal.
