V/H/S/HALLOWEEN: Anthology Horror Returns With Six Bloody Stories
Shudder has unveiled the official trailer for V/H/S/HALLOWEEN, the latest entry in its cult-favorite found-footage anthology series. The horror film will premiere October 3, 2025, exclusively on Shudder, following its world premiere at Fantastic Fest in September.
The trailer teases a blood-soaked collection of Halloween nightmares, with six terrifying shorts capturing the sinister spirit of the season. As with previous installments, V/H/S/HALLOWEEN blends gritty handheld footage, shocking visuals, and chaotic storytelling to immerse viewers in relentless dread.
The anthology features six segments from a bold lineup of genre directors:
-
DIET PHANTASMA – Bryan M. Ferguson
-
FUN SIZE – Casper Kelly
-
HOME HAUNT – Micheline Pitt-Norman & R.H. Norman
-
KIDPRINT – Alex Ross Perry
-
UT SUPRA SIC INFRA – Paco Plaza
-
COOCHIE COOCHIE COO – Anna Zlokovic
Each story dives into the horrors of Halloween night, turning trick-or-treat traditions, haunted houses, and eerie folklore into twisted spectacles of terror.
Since its debut in 2012, the V/H/S franchise has become a staple of anthology horror, known for introducing fresh talent and delivering shocking scares. With this latest chapter, Shudder promises fans a Halloween season filled with VHS-styled nightmares that blur the line between nostalgic fun and blood-curdling horror.
V/H/S/HALLOWEEN premieres October 3, 2025 on Shudder.
