Republic Pictures has unveiled the first trailer for Twisted, the latest horror thriller from Saw II-IV and Spiral director Darren Lynn Bousman. The film stars Lauren LaVera (Terrifier 2) and Djimon Hounsou (A Quiet Place: Day One) in a high-stakes psychological game set against the backdrop of New York City’s luxury real estate scene.

The plot centers on two savvy young women who make a living by illegally subletting upscale apartments they don’t own, scamming unsuspecting tenants. But their scheme spirals into a nightmare when they target the wrong property—one owned by a reclusive surgeon with a terrifying secret.
