Ready-or-Not-2-1024x576

Searchlight Pictures has officially set March 20 as the theatrical release date for Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, the highly anticipated horror-comedy sequel to the 2019 cult hit.

The film reunites directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett of Radio Silence, the filmmaking team behind Scream (2022) and Scream VI, with writers Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy. Known for their sharp blend of satire and scares, the creative team promises another blood-soaked, laugh-out-loud ride through deadly games of survival.

The original Ready or Not became a sleeper hit thanks to its biting social commentary and breakout performance from Samara Weaving. While plot details for the sequel remain tightly under wraps, fans can expect more twisted humor, shocking set pieces, and a fresh spin on the deadly hide-and-seek premise that made the first film a cult favorite.

With its release timed just ahead of spring, Ready or Not 2 is poised to deliver thrills and laughs to audiences hungry for genre-bending horror.
