Eclipse Glow Games Announces Tides of Annihilation with Spectacular Trailer
On February 12, 2025, during Sony’s State of Play event, Chinese developer Eclipse Glow Games unveiled their upcoming action-adventure title, Tides of Annihilation. Set in a reimagined, post-apocalyptic London infused with Arthurian legend, the game introduces players to Gwendolyn, the sole survivor of a supernatural invasion. Discovering a mysterious power, she can summon spectral Knights of the Round Table to aid her in battle. Driven by a quest to save her sister, Gwendolyn embarks on a journey through both a devastated modern London and the mythical realm of Avalon.
The gameplay features a unique dual-knight fighting system, allowing players to customize combat styles by summoning over ten distinct spectral knights, each with specialized abilities. Players will face more than 30 bosses inspired by Arthurian lore, requiring strategic use of Gwendolyn’s powers and knightly allies. Additionally, the game presents colossal knights roaming the city, serving as dynamic, interconnected vertical challenges that players must navigate and conquer.
Eclipse Glow Games comprises industry veterans with experience from renowned studios such as SEGA, Ubisoft, and Gameloft.
