Electronic Arts and Zoink Games have officially released Lost in Random: The Eternal Die, a standalone roguelike spinoff set in the gothic fairytale universe of 2021’s Lost in Random. The game debuted alongside a hauntingly cinematic launch trailer, showcasing fast-paced isometric combat, dice-powered tactics, and the debut of a fierce new protagonist—Queen Aleksandra.

In The Eternal Die, players must battle through procedurally generated arenas filled with twisted enemies and boss fights, aided by a mystical die named Fortune. Unlike its predecessor, which leaned heavily on story-driven RPG elements, this entry leans into hack-and-slash mechanics with roguelike progression, permadeath, and unlockable abilities.

The game preserves Zoink’s signature Tim Burton-esque art direction, now paired with frenetic real-time action and layered dice-strategy. It’s available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

With a unique visual identity, fast-paced gameplay, and twisted narrative threads, Lost in Random: The Eternal Die looks to recapture fans of the original while expanding into new territory for the franchise.
