Sonic the Hedgehog 30th Anniversary Collector Edition Figure
JAKKS Pacific have launched a pretty fantastic looking 6-inch Sonic the Hedgehog Collector Edition figure. The Sonic figure features 9 points of articulation along with interchangeable faces, eyes, and hands to vary the expressions for display. Naturally, one of those hands is clutching a golden ring. To top it off, a base is included with a lenticular scene.
The upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog Collector Edition 6″ Action Figure is being released to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of SEGA’s iconic mascot. Released in 1991, Sonic The Hedgehog was the shot in the arm that the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive needed. It brought intense speed, great platforming, and a wonderful slate of characters to the system. On top of that Sonic became SEGA’s much needed mascot to compete against Nintendo in the 1990’s.
