LEGO’s Dark Knight Build: Arkham Asylum Set Officially Announced
LEGO Unveils Massive New Arkham Asylum Set at SDCC 2025
San Diego Comic-Con 2025 delivered a major surprise for Batman and LEGO fans alike: the reveal of the all-new LEGO DC 76300 Arkham Asylum set—a collector-grade, modular masterpiece built for display and rich in DC lore.
With 2,953 pieces, a gothic architectural design, and 16 detailed minifigures, this is the most ambitious Arkham set to date. Built on a 32×32 baseplate and fully compatible with LEGO’s Modular Building Series, this U-shaped asylum stands out with its dark detailing, intricate interiors, and extensive play features.
LEGO has spared no detail—each prison cell is designed for a specific villain, and the set includes rooms like a visitor center, cafeteria, security scanning area (with a skeleton effect!), and even a five-story watchtower complete with monitors and a TNT stash.
The minifigure lineup is a DC dream team: Batman, Robin, Batwoman, Batwing, The Joker, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Bane, Scarecrow, Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc, and many more—most of whom come in classic Arkham orange jumpsuits.
This $299.99 set will hit shelves on September 12, with early access starting September 9 for LEGO Insiders.
