Kotobukiya is proud to present the Megatron in popular bishoujo line of statues

Kotobukiya opened pre-orders for the Megatron statue in its “Transformers Bishoujo” on Monday. The full 1/7 scale statue depicts the iconic villain as a cool and intimidating beauty in a military uniform and is expected to ship in February 2023.

Kotobukiya is clearly committed to putting just as much care into it as the Optimus one. “Even though he’s the supreme leader of the Decepticons, Megatron is surprisingly cooler and a lot more lenient to his subordinates than you’d initially expect,” explains the company, adding that they “definitely wanted to have her hold the Fusion Cannon in her right hand, so we explored various poses while keeping in mind how she would look like alongside Optimus Prime.”

Megatron has her hair in a bob, and she is wearing her jacket over her shoulders like a cape. She holds the Fusion Cannon in her right hand. According to the product planner, her design is meant to complement the Optimus Prime Bishoujo figure. She has white hair, and her clothing appears to be a mix of lilac gray, black, and red.
