First Look: Kaiju Rangers: Godzilla x Power Rangers Action Figures from Playmates

The worlds of kaiju chaos and morphin’ mayhem are colliding once again—this time in toy form. Playmates Toys, in collaboration with Hasbro, BOOM! Studios, and IDW Publishing, has officially announced the first wave of action figures from the highly anticipated Godzilla x Mighty Morphin Power Rangers crossover: “Kaiju Rangers.”

Set to hit shelves in Fall 2026, this toy line brings to life the monstrous might of Toho’s legendary kaiju fused with the iconic Power Rangers. The initial wave will feature three hybrid heroes:

• Red Ranger Rodan – Soaring into battle with fiery wings and volcanic fury.
• Blue Ranger Anguirus – A spiked powerhouse with unbreakable resolve.
• Green Ranger Godzilla – The King of the Monsters reborn as a morphinominal warrior.

Each figure will retail for approximately $15.99 and is expected to launch this 2026 in the U.S.

This release follows the success of the second Godzilla x Power Rangers comic crossover, which debuted in 2025. The series introduced the Kaiju Rangers—an alternate team of Rangers empowered by the DNA of Toho’s most fearsome beasts. With stunning visuals and a fan-favorite storyline, the comic quickly became a cult hit, paving the way for this collectible line.

Collectors and fans of both franchises can expect detailed sculpts, dynamic articulation, and packaging that pays homage to both the Super Sentai legacy and kaiju cinema. With more figures likely on the horizon, including potential appearances from Mothra, Gigan, and Mechagodzilla-themed Rangers, this is just the beginning of a monstrous new era.
