Beast Kingdom Unveils Alex Ross-Inspired DC Figures Featuring Iconic Heroes and Villains
Beast Kingdom, a leading name in high-end collectibles, has announced the release of a new series of DAH (Dynamic 8ction Heroes) figures paying tribute to the legendary comic book artist Alex Ross. The lineup includes some of DC Comics’ most iconic characters: Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Flash, and the formidable villain Darkseid.
Drawing direct inspiration from Ross’s signature photorealistic style, each figure in the new collection captures the dramatic flair and classic costume design that fans have come to associate with his artwork. The figures stand approximately 8 inches tall and feature high articulation, fabric elements, and premium paint applications designed to mimic Ross’s painted textures.
Batman comes clad in his classic gray and black suit with a flowing cape, while Superman strikes a regal pose in his red and blue ensemble, complete with Ross’s iconic chest emblem and cape draping. Green Lantern showcases a bold, cosmic aesthetic, and The Flash appears mid-sprint with dynamic sculpted lightning accents. The villainous Darkseid, towering over the others, is rendered with a menacing presence and intricate sculptwork.
Beast Kingdom’s DAH series has long been known for its detailed craftsmanship and collector-grade presentation, and this new wave raises the bar by merging that craftsmanship with the timeless vision of Alex Ross’s DC universe.
The figures are part of their Dynamic 8ction Heroes (aka DAH) line up. These are 1/9 scale, and will stand approximately 8″ tall with about 22 points of articulation. Unlike previous DAH releases, they are not using full fabric outfits. Included are:

- The Flash
- Green Lantern (Hal Jordan)
- Darkseid
