Prime Video Drops First Fallout Season 2 Trailer With Explosive Surprises
Prime Video has officially dropped the first trailer for Fallout Season 2, giving fans a thrilling glimpse at what’s ahead when the series returns on December 17, 2025. The trailer, revealed during Gamescom 2025’s Opening Night Live, confirms that the story is heading straight into one of the most iconic settings from the franchise: New Vegas.
The explosive footage showcases sweeping shots of the Mojave Wasteland, both before and after the bombs fell, offering viewers the first live-action look at the city and its legendary landmarks.
One of the biggest reveals is the arrival of Robert House, played by Justin Theroux. In a flashback, House ominously tells Cooper Howard (Walton Goggins), still human at the time: “What I do… is I know everything. I know there’s a war coming.”
The trailer doesn’t hold back on fan-favorite threats either, closing with a terrifying sequence featuring a Deathclawcharging after Lucy (Ella Purnell) and The Ghoul.
Returning cast members include Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, and Frances Turner, all reprising their roles from the breakout first season.
Episodes will roll out weekly from December 17, 2025 until February 4, 2026, ensuring fans have plenty of wasteland action to look forward to.
With its expansion into Fallout: New Vegas territory, the second season promises to be a lore-rich, high-stakes continuation that blends nostalgia for longtime players with fresh storytelling for newcomers.
