Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 trailer

Fuji TV‘s broadcast premiere of the Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train anime ended on Saturday with a promotional reel. The reel announced that the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yūkaku-hen) television anime will premiere on December 5 at 11:15 p.m. (9:15 a.m. EST) with a one-hour special. Miyuki Sawashiro will join the cast as Daki.

 

The reel also announced that the Mugen Train arc will have a seven-episode television version, including an entirely new first episode, that will premiere on October 10. The first episode depicts Rengoku as he embarks on his journey to the Mugen Train. The remaining episodes will add about 70 new animation cuts and new background music, as well as a new trailer.

The Entertainment District Arc season continues the story from the Mugen Train film as Tanjirō and the others take on their next mission.
